NDIS Registration & Compliance
Practical, empathetic guidance from an experienced NDIS auditor — whether you're registering for the first time or strengthening your compliance systems.

What I offer
Every provider is different. Whether you're just starting out or preparing for recertification, I'll meet you where you are.
Support for first-time registration, including understanding Practice Standards, determining registration groups, self-assessment, and governance framework development.
Independent reviews against the Core Module, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Behaviour Support, Support Coordination, and Verification requirements.
Assessment of your documentation across governance, incident management, complaints, emergency planning, HR, participant safeguarding, and risk management.
Getting you ready for Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audits — compliance documentation, staff and participant files, training records, and continuous improvement systems.
Post-audit assistance including root cause analysis, corrective action planning, evidence preparation, and follow-up reviews to close out non-conformities.
Annual health checks, internal audit programs, continuous improvement reviews, and legislative updates to keep your organisation audit-ready between cycles.
Auditors assess whether your policies are implemented and effective in practice — not just whether they exist on paper.
Completed risk assessments, training records, meeting minutes, incident reviews — this is what separates compliant providers from paper-compliant ones.
Service agreements, support plans, consent documentation, and complaints management all need to be current and accessible.
Providers must demonstrate an ongoing cycle of review and improvement — not just a snapshot at audit time.
About Michelle
I'm Michelle, an experienced NDIS auditor who has conducted certification, verification, mid-term, follow-up, and recertification audits across a wide range of registration groups.
MECS is a sole trader practice — which means when you work with me, you're working with me. Not a junior consultant, not a project coordinator. I bring my full experience and attention to every engagement.
I started MECS because I saw how many well-meaning providers struggled with the complexity of NDIS registration, not for lack of commitment to participants, but for lack of clear guidance. My goal is to make the path to compliance feel manageable — and to help you build systems that genuinely serve your participants, not just satisfy an audit.
Real guidance built around what auditors actually look for — not generic frameworks.
I understand the pressures NDIS providers face. My approach is supportive, not adversarial.
I help you build compliance into how your organisation works, so it holds up between audits too.
If there are gaps, I'll tell you clearly — and help you fix them before the auditor does.
